I posted last week about picking a word to guide me during 2010.  

I saw this post yesterday on Ali Edwards' blog.  She has listed alot of words people have shared with her.  It is always interesting to me that we are all striving to be good people and progress in our lives, and yet, we are all is different places.  We are all working at the same thing in different ways.  Working together to be the change we all need in our own lives. 

It gets to me every time.  Right in the ticker.
