I'm a fan of coffee.  I like it hot.  I like it black.  I like it with cream or milk.  I like it with flavor.

I like it first thing in the morning.  Brewed just a touch strong.  Mmmm.

And since it's summer and forsakenly hot, I decided to try it cold.  Not just iced.  But cold brewed.  I tried this recipe.  

It's a bit fussy for a weekday morning.  And I still love it hot.  But, for a lazy Sunday afternoon, or before a Saturday night out, perfection.
