But I just can't stop! Since it consumes my conscious thoughts on most days. I don't have anything new to say.
I'm considering doing a series of posts on the basic sun salute. Understanding that I'm not an instructor, kinda wish I was, but I want to share. Illuminate. Spread the understanding.

hey! i saw your post on the home ec page 🙂 and i think posting yoga poses is a great idea. i have never taken a real class but i learned the sun salutation in gym class once and i would love to learn more!
