A few weeks ago we had our company family picnic.  We usually rent out a large outdoor city facility.  There are bounce houses, small carnival games, and face painters for the kiddos.  NOt much going on for the adults or those of us with out kiddos.  

This year we had the play day at Snowbird Resort in Little Cottonwood Canyon.  HUGE HIT.  They have so many activities for everyone to do.  We were there at the height of Oktoberfest so there was music and street vendors too.  Because we have such a large group, Snowbird offers us rooms at a discounted rate.  So alot of us got rooms and stayed up waaaay into the night having waaaay too much fun.  What memories!

A co-worker and I split the room, we paid a fraction of the cost of what it would be normally.  Steal of a deal.  This is the view from our room.

Now that it's turned chilly and all autumn on me, I'm looking forward to playing in the snow already.  It's way too early to be wishing for snow, and I don't wish for it yet.  Just looking forward to when it comes. 

But I'm certainly enjoying the autumn weather right now.  And really, I'd be just fine if it stayed this way for awhile.
